The original five-story structure was designed and built by D. & J. Jardine as part of the classic Tribeca store and loft architectural era in 1887. The Meshberg Group recently converted the structure into a seven-story building featuring this penthouse triplex with over 4,500 square feet of space. The elevator opens into a living space with classic round-arched windows and a modern state-of-the-art custom kitchen
